Please ensure you have the correct server selected before you tap PLAY. Please follow these steps:
1. Exit and restart Soul Hunters
2. At the main Launch Screen Tap Change Server
3. In the Server Select Screen tap on “Your Parties” and then tap on the Party you want to play
4. Tap PLAY to load into the game
If you are still unable to recover your Profile please provide us the following details:
1. Your in-game Party Name or party ID (ensure to spell this correctly).
2. The name of the server you were playing on.
3. Your new Party ID and Server ID.
4. Your login method.
5 Your login e-mail address.
