Could you please provide your party ID, server ID, and a screenshot including your receipt number so we can look into it in our records? Once it is confirmed we will send you the items or diamonds right away. 

How to get a screenshot of your receipt: 

1. Log in your itunes account on PC, check in-app purchase record and take a screenshot of purchases in Soul Hunters.

2. Take a screenshot of the email receipt from Apple/Google App Store. But it might take a few days to get the email receipt.
