The Calendar will not restart you from the beginning. The Calendar will save your log in progress. If you miss logging in you will continue to claim the log in reward from where you left off.

However, please know that by missing a day, you won't be able to receive the reward that's listed at the end of the Calendar, as the Calendar will restart on the first day of the next month.
